Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 5 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Certain items, such as lining Clothes, Candles, earrings, undergarments Etc.

Return Process

  2. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
